For starters, prior to Emily being born, snapping back to my pre-baby body was somewhat of a breeze. It sort of just reverted back with minimum effort. This time was SO different. I was feeling very sluggish and so uncomfortable in my own skin. With so many big things coming up like my best friend’s wedding and our family trip to Cancun, I knew that I needed to find something to assist me in making changes to my health and fitness routine to get back into shape. When I was introduced to the The FASTer Way to Fat Loss, I knew that it was a program that I needed to try, and MAN, and am I glad that I decided to go for it!
Over the past 10 weeks, I have been very consistent with fasting and meals (I definitely have some treat days mixed in, too!) and have seen such amazing results. I can finally confidently wear jeans and I feel comfortable looking at myself in the mirror again. As I continue the program, I am planning to incorporate more work outs as well, so I know the results will continue to get even better.

Honestly, it’s one of the only programs that I have tried and been able to stick with. I love the idea of having a coach that helps me stay on track. When I have questions, my coach and the entire FASTer Way community is always there to help. I focus heavily on intermittent fasting, carb cycling and macro tracking, and that has made all of the difference for me.
WHAT DO YOU EAT?
It depends on the focus of the day/week, but FASTer Way actually provides a menu to help guide your food selections. I am an extremely picky eater, but they have so many great options. Now that I have a better understanding on how to track macros, I am able to get even more creative with meal time!
HOW DOES THE INTERMITTENT FASTING WORK?
Intermittent fasting is a way of life for me at this point. We do it every single day. This means all of our calories (which are plenty to keep me nice and full) within an eight-hour feeding window. My typical window is from 2-10. After 10pm, I won’t eat again until 2pm the next day. The time frame is flexible and can adjust according to your lifestyle. It’s so amazing once you get in the swing of things.
I cannot say how happy I am with my results from the FASTer Way to Fat Loss journey. It’s made all of the difference for me and I am JUST getting started. This isn’t a diet or temporary fix, but is a way of life that I am committing to so that I can continue to see results.
